Hello, my name is Hugo Parada Ríos, I was born in Santiago de Chile. From October 2023 I am postdoc at the Institute de Mathématiques de Toulouse, supervised by Franck Boyer. I defended my PhD thesis at the Laboratory Jean Kunztmann in Grenoble, France under the supervision of Emmanuelle Crépeau and Christophe Prieur. I finished an M.Sc. in Mathematics under the supervision of Eduardo Cerpa and Patricio Guzmán at the Federico Santa Maria University. You can see my CV here and a description about my research interests and publications here.

Currently, I am studying stability and controllability properties of coupled PDEs (KdV, KS, parabolic, etc.). In my thesis, I studied stabilization problems for the Korteweg-de Vries on a star network in the case where the actuator includes some delay input or saturation. I am also interested in control problems for Fractional PDEs.
