We will ask for your preferred details and time.

Please fill out the counseling sheet we'll send you
before your appointment.
We can also assist you by phone, email, or zoom.

③Scheduling a Visit and Payment
We will confirm the visit date and time,
and send a final confirmation the day before.
We ask for advance payment
(Bank transfer or PayPay)
or cash payment on the day.

④Home Visit and Care
On the scheduled day, we will visit your home and provide care.
