The hourly rate is $100.00, which is negotiable depending on the project.
The hold rate is $150.00.
Travel days: $200.00 per day, plus meals and reasonable expenses.
For a full day (8 hours), the rate is $ 800.00, with time-and-a-half thereafter.
For half a day (5 hours), the rate is $500.00; time-and-a-half is charged after that.
The Camera Kit fee is $150.00. The drone fee is $200.00 per hour.
Traveling more than 75 miles from home requires travel expenses, Personnel (day rates, per diems, travel days), Transportation (flights, fuel, vehicle rental, local transit), Accommodation (hotels, lodging), Gear Logistics (shipping, insurance, carnets for international), and Production Support (food, permits, stock media)
Transportation Costs, Airfare/Train: For long distances, booked in advance for better rates. Fuel/Mileage: For personal or rental vehicles, using IRS rates as a baseline, which is 72.5 cents per mile
Vehicle Rental: Necessary for local transport of crew and gear.
Local Transit: Taxis, Ubers, or public transport to/from shoots.
Lodging: Hotels or rentals, ideally near shooting locations.
Meals: Per diems or direct payment for meals, especially on travel days or remote shoots.
