Measuring Norms and Enumerator Effects: Survey Method Matters

We test a new alternative survey design to the standard Face-to-Face Survey, which we call the Human-Assisted Self-Administered Survey (HASA). In this method, respondents self-report their answers on an electronic device, guided by an enumerator reading the questions and the different items.
