Welcome!!!

I'm so glad you are taking Drawing! This course counts as an Intermediate Visual Art class and requires that you take Beginning Art I first. I LOVE to draw. I find it challenging, fun, and engaging all at the same time. My goal for you is that you will learn to enhance the drawing skills you already have so that you end the class with a digital portfolio of amazing drawings.

The picture above is a graphite (pencil) drawing of the dog we used to have, Emmy, who passed away a few years ago. She was the weirdest dog ever but so sweet, so I wanted to preserve her memory with some art. Have you ever drawn your pet? How did it go? I'd love to see it!
