This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and HueSpectra ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the HueSpectra mobile application ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
HueSpectra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not:
Modify, copy, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Use the App for any unlawful purposes or in a way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may update or modify the App from time to time and provide such updates automatically. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Some features of the App require a paid subscription.
Subscription fees and terms will be displayed within the App before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled before the renewal date.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your account settings in the App Store or Google Play Store.
No refunds will be issued for partial subscription periods.
We welcome feedback and suggestions to improve the App. By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use and incorporate it without compensation.
HueSpectra reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of this Agreement or any applicable laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. HueSpectra disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
HueSpectra shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
