This Privacy Policy explains how Eymen ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the Huecast mobile application (the "App"), available on the Apple App Store.
NO DATA COLLECTION OR TRACKING
We do not collect, store, or track any personal data, usage data, analytics, or events from your use of the App. The App does not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. We do not access, transmit, or store any personal information about you or your device usage.
SUBSCRIPTIONS (REVENUECAT)
The App offers optional in-app subscriptions. To manage and process these subscriptions, we use RevenueCat, Inc., a third-party subscription management platform. When you purchase a subscription, RevenueCat may process limited information necessary to manage it, such as an anonymous app user identifier, purchase/transaction data (e.g., product purchased, purchase date, price, subscription status), and device identifiers (e.g., IDFA/IDFV, where available) provided by the Apple App Store.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment card details. RevenueCat acts as a data processor on our behalf. You can review RevenueCat's own privacy policy at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
APPLE APP STORE
Because Huecast is distributed exclusively through Apple's App Store, downloading the App and any subscription purchases are also subject to Apple's own privacy practices. Please review Apple's Privacy Policy at https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Huecast is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area), and consistent with our general no-data-collection policy, we do not knowingly collect any information from children.
YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR, KVKK, CCPA, ETC.)
Because we do not collect or process personal data ourselves, there is generally no personal data held by us for you to access, correct, delete, or port. Where data is processed by RevenueCat or Apple as described above, you may exercise your rights under applicable law (such as the GDPR, Turkey's KVKK, or other privacy laws) directly with those parties in accordance with their own privacy policies.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
