Youth are facing two existential crises at once: Ecological and Climate Breakdown.
In pursuing climate action, political leaders cannot forget young people and they cannot forget nature. We are empowering young people around the world to mobilize for nature and climate and hold our political leaders to account on both the climate and ecological crises. Hudson Valley Wild is working with youth for Nature to build their US and high school age membership. They are doing amazing work. Learn more about them and join the movement!Nature underpins all life on Earth: it provides the oxygen we breathe; the water, food, materials and medicines we need to survive; and the jobs and livelihoods we need to thrive. Nature also provides solutions to help curb ongoing planetary emergencies. Nature-based solutions contribute to climate action and to conserve biodiversity and ecosystems, thus helping prevent future pandemics such as COVID-19.
