How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your account and personal data, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to: abdulazizklichev1@gmail.com
   
   

2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
   
   

3. In the email, include:
   
   

   • Your registered email address
     
     

   • Your username (if applicable)
     
     

Our support team will verify your request and process it within 7 business days.

What data will be deleted

Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete:

• Your user account
  
  

• Profile information (name, email)
  
  

• Chat messages
  
  

• Uploaded files (PDFs, images)
  
  

• Course access data and progress
  
  

Data retention

Some data may be retained for legal or accounting purposes (such as payment records) for up to 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
