I am an Assistant Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Rowan University (RU), Glassboro, NJ. Before joining RU, I received a B.Eng. degree in Information Engineering from Southeast University, Nanjing, China, in 2012, and a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA, in 2018, advised by Dr. Yu-Dong Yao. From Jan. 2020 to Aug. 2023, I was an Assistant Professor at Oklahoma State University (OSU). My current research interests include Deep Reinforcement Learning, Adversarial Networks, Meta-Learning, Graph Neural Networks, Robotic-arm Control, Digital Signal Processing, and Wireless Communications. I am a superfan of Arsenal FC. Come On Your Gunners!
