  EcoBroom started up in 2005, and we’ve been on an epic ride ever since. From our beginnings as a Cleaning agency who’s main focus is to bring an ecological cleaning to your homes, we’re proud to say that we stay true to our core beliefs.

• Built in Quality Management Systems
  EcoBroom don’t rely on empty promises, we have a built in Quality Management and Communication systems, that ensures a consistency of service, total transparency and accountability.

• Site Management
  Maintaining a facility in a clean and hygienic condition requires planning and management. We have implemented as part of our quality assurance a site management system to all our clientele.
  
  1. Pre-start induction by a member of the management and cleaning team to:-
  • Collect key and confirm alarm procedures
  • Confirm internal security requirements
  • Confirm access and service frequencies
  • Determine cleaner storage area
  • Deliver the client’s official requirement sheet and confirm contact details
  • Introduce the cleaner to client
  • Ensure the cleaner has clear understanding of the clients specific needs
  
  2. Onsite training
  The cleaning manager will attend at each cleaning service of your facility until they are satisfied that the cleaner fully understand the requirements of the service to be performed.
  
  3. Strong, visible, regular supervision

• TEAM
  People are by far the most significant aspect to any domestic and commercial cleaning service. At the end of the day, a cleaning service is only as good as the people who perform the cleaning duties. EcoBroom Cleaning Services comprehensively train and induct all cleaners into EcoBroom cleaning and quality systems. Additionally EcoBroom will train and induct our cleaners into your needs and what you want. We do this by listening to you and incorporating your information into our cleaners induction process on your site. As a result, you the client, are assured of a higher level of performance and a more personalised service. All EcoBroom cleaners are vetted and insured. They are uniformed and clearly identifiable at all times whilst on site. As well as providing our clients with highly motivated individuals that take pride in their work, EcoBroom Cleaning Services provide the added benefit of implementing a detailed supervision plan with an experienced Area Manager assigned to each site. EcoBroom Cleaning Services Area Managers oversee work performance, maintain quality control and security procedures, provide training and support and liaise directly with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  We are proud to sponsor King’s Ransom organisation and that way build new homes for the extremely poor, widows and children since 2015. 
  
  Have your home DEEP cleaned with EcoBroom services while helping people in need to get a roof over their heads. We donate 10% from Ecobroom profit of the deep cleanings and one off jobs provided to our new and also regular clients
