can i use notre chéri for free? 

yes, notre chéri is accessible to every individual. however, suppose you want to unlock premium features. in that case, individuals may upgrade through notre chéri plus or premium to better approve their experience here at notre chéri when creating their special memoir 

what if i am a student or teacher?

notre chéri plus is free for all K-12 and college students. for educators, they must go through the process of notre chéri for education. for further information, please check our plans & pricing page. 

what payment methods can i use?

we accept credit cards by major providers such as American Express, Visa, Mastercard, etc. we also accept Paypal. however, we unfortunately do not accept foreign currency for the time being. 

how long is my free trial?

notre chéri plus free trials are 30 days. to activate, you need to provide a credit card or a preferred payment method. you are free to cancel during your free trial, and you will not be charged. 

if i add a member to my scrapbook, will they have full access to it?

you are able to control the member's abilities on what they can access on your scrapbook. in short, yes, they have access, but it can be limited in settings.
