By downloading or using Infivia, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Use of the App
Infivia grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
Subscriptions
Infivia offers auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
Pricing and Availability
Subscription pricing and availability may change. Any changes will be communicated through the App Store.
No Warranty
Infivia is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infivia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
