The Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) built the PHC Official ChatBot app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by the Punjab Healthcare Commission at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

 
1. Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to:

1.  User Name: Collected during the initial setup to personalize your experience.

2.  IP Address: Collected automatically for security, analytics, and service improvement.

3.  Device Information: Including Device ID, Model, and OS version to ensure compatibility and troubleshoot issues.

4.  Chat Logs: Questions and answers exchanged with the AI assistant are stored to maintain session continuity and improve the accuracy of our AI.

5.  Feedback & Ratings: Optional ratings and comments provided by you are collected to improve our services.

2. Permissions

Our app requests the following permissions to provide its core features:

1.  Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used exclusively for the Speech-to-Text feature, allowing you to ask questions using your voice. We do not record or store your ambient audio; only the converted text is processed.

2.  Internet Access: Required to communicate with our AI backend and provide real-time assistance.

3.  Network State: Used to check for connectivity before attempting to send messages.

3. Data Storage and Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. We use secure HTTPS protocols for all data transmissions. However, remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

 
4. Third-Party Services

The app does not use third-party tracking or advertising SDKs. All AI processing is handled by PHC's official servers.

 
5. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
