This Privacy Policy describes how our mobile application, HTML to PDF Converter (referred to as "the App", "we", "us", or "our"), handles your information when you use our services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your data.
We believe in absolute data privacy. HTML to PDF Converter is designed to work completely offline.
Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, or location).
User Files and Content: When you convert HTML files, source codes, webpages, or URLs into PDF documents, all processing is done locally on your device. Your files, links, and generated PDFs are never uploaded to any external servers, and we have no access to them.
To provide core features, the App may require access to certain system permissions. You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings:
Storage / Media Access: Required to read local HTML files from your device and to save the converted PDF documents onto your internal or external storage.
Internet Permission: Required only if you use the "Webpage to PDF" feature to fetch public web content or URLs for conversion.
We may use third-party service providers to display advertisements or analyze app performance. These third parties may collect anonymous, non-personal device information (such as your device model, OS version, or unique advertising ID) to serve relevant ads:
Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Google Firebase / Analytics: Used to track anonymous crash reports and performance bugs to help us improve app stability. No personal data or user files are tracked.
Because all file conversions take place entirely locally on your smartphone or tablet, your documents are secure from online data leaks. We implement standard security measures on the app structure to safeguard your operational environment. However, security also depends on keeping your mobile device safe from unauthorized access.
Our App does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. It is fully compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play’s Families Policy.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in app functionality or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted directly on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
