High Tech Elementary

Arrival

Students can arrive on campus and be left with teachers on the playground between 8:45-9:00am. Students enrolled in the before care program may arrive and check in anytime after 7:30am. If you arrive after 9:05am, stop by the front desk to sign in!

Dismissal

Students will be dismissed from classrooms between 3:40-3:55 (12:45-1:00 on Wednesdays) unless they are enrolled in our after care program. You must bring a valid ID for student pick-up as teachers and staff are getting to know families. All other authorized adults picking up should bring ID. Student safety is our top priority and we will be holding students if an ID is not presented.

Lunch

We encourage ALL families to complete the Free and Reduced Lunch Applications as it significantly impact our schools funding! To apply for our meal program benefits, please click www.schoolcafe.com.

All meal options will be offered to our students through TopNotch Catering.

Volunteer - Drive - Chaperone

Directions for submitting paper work:

Login to your child's PowerSchool account at https://powerschool.hightechhigh.org/public/home.html. Go to Ecollect Forms (Email Ms. Sylvia if you need assistance with your login/password)

  • Once you are logged in, you will see your child's name on the upper left hand side of the screen
  • Below your child's name you will find several different options
  • Go to Ecollect Forms
  • Go to 19-20 Volunteer/Driver Application Form) Complete ALL required forms online and upload Driver's License, vehicle registration & insurance in the Ecollect box at the bottom of the online form. All documents must be current.
  • Please note: Click on the green button to enter your information. Additional volunteers/drivers may be added by clicking on the "Add Row" button again. Each volunteer and/or driver must upload all required documents into Ecollect and be verified by the HTe Site Manager who will clear your application via Megan's Law before attending field trips or volunteering in your child's classroom.
  • A current negative TB test IS required for volunteering in your child's classroom or attending an overnight field trip. Live Scan is also required for any overnight trips (see Ms. Sylvia for more info).

ALL volunteers who attend any field trips must complete the Volunteer form. If they are also driving the Driving Form must be submitted with all required documents as well. TB test are required if parents/guardians will be volunteering in class and/or having Live Scan Done. TB test must be within 4 years.
