Online pre-registration (QR code) is mandatory. We offer off-line payment using major credit cards on symposium day.
For early bird registration rate, the pre-registration form must be sent by April 10th with credit card information.

● Refunds / Cancellation
In order to receive a refund, cancellation requests must be in writing and sent by April 30th, which will cause a processing fee. No refunds will be issued after April 30th.
