Hawaiian Time Athletics is a 501c3 non-profit organization created in 2020 and located on the island of Oʻahu in Hawaiʻi. We are committed to providing learning and developmental opportunities for student-athletes in their sport of choice. Our founding Board Members, Brannan and Raelen Bajet, has a vision to utilize the voices and actions of our athletes to positively impact the communities that they live.
We, at Hawaiian Time Athletics, believe that athletes have a strong voice in their communities and when given the right tools, can make a positive impact on those around them. This is why it is important to equip our coaches and athletes through character building workshops and community service. Being on a team, extends the opportunity for our players and coaches to exercise the values of Aloha (Love and compassion for others), ʻIke Pono (Doing the right thing), Haʻahaʻa (Humility), Mālama (Caring for), Laulima (Working together), Kuleana (Responsibility and Accountability), and Lōkahi (Unity and Agreement) that our organization is founded on.
We have a heart to serve the community and will be actively participating in Community Services around the island.
We teach important life skills, volleyball knowledge and fundamentals to youth ranging in age from 8-18 years old. We are planning to field two teams in two age groups for girls (14U and 16U) for the 2025-2026 season. We provide opportunities to compete in various local and regional tournaments affording them exposure to college coaches and scouts.
One of our main goals in creating this club is to build confidence in our student-athletes and support them as they strive to fulfill their dreams on and off the playing court/field.

I am a God-fearing wife, mother and woman that seeks to serve others the way that Jesus did. My husband and I have been married for 15 years and have 5 beautiful children (14, 13, 10, 6, and 5). Our love story is a complete testament of how good our God is and how prayers can and will be answered when you seek God first.
I love sports and have been successful in the game of basketball garnering 2 HHSAA State Championships, individual and ILH accolades, was blessed with a 4 year scholarship to play Division I Basketball at Loyola Marymount University which included an NIT and NCAA tournament appearance and a West Coast Conference Championship. After receiving my Bachelors of Science from LMU, I returned home to change career paths from the medical profession to where God has truly called me - Preschool Education. I now hold a certification in Early Childhood Education and a Masters Degree in Educational Administration, not to mention I've also completed 2 years of Bible College through International Miracle Institute.
Starting this organization has been a blessing. We truly believe that God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
We plan to have 2 teams - 14U and 16U
