LUMBERJACK CHEER CLUB

We are a club sport, and in accordance with the mission of club sports at Cal Poly Humboldt, everyone participates. If you are interested in learning about cheerleading and would like to build skills in this area, please fill out the application for membership. No tryout is required, but you will need to complete an interview. This is a great option for those with no experience or those that would like to improve their skills with intention of trying out for the team.

Membership is open to all current students and currently accepted students of/to Cal Poly Humboldt.

Incoming Freshmen and transfer students must show proof of acceptance to Cal Poly Humboldt.

In accordance with club sports policies, all members must maintain a 2.0 GPA.

Membership dues are $50 per semester which includes a team t-shirt. Practice gear is available for purchase, but not required.

Please note: Lumberjack Cheer Club members do not cheer at basketball games, wear uniforms, or compete with the team. Members can attend all games (including basketball) with the team and cheer from the stands.

Lumberjacks Cheer Club practices are held once a week for one hour. Time and day, TBD.
