In late July, Binh Tien Consumer Goods Manufacturing Limited Company (Biti’s) and its partner Lac Viet Computing Corporation organized a launching event to introduce their Biti’s E-learning project.

Participating in this launching event held in 23 July, Binh Tien Consumer Goods Manufacturing Limited Company (Biti’s) presented to their employees and stakeholders their E-learning project which can develop and optimize their human resources as well as create positive values in order to foster the development of CBCNV Biti’s.

This E-learning project seems to be the first step of training and developing human resources of Biti’s. Biti’s E-learning has a significant meaning as it assists to concentrate on fully constructing the integrated training programs then put the lessons on SureLMS - a training online system developed based on SharePoint system.

These two subsystems, Online Training Management Support System (OTMS) and Learning Management System (LMS) including tools and subsystems that assist effectively in managing and training human resources along with learning and teaching online purposes. Therefore, learners can access and attend the lessons effectively, and therein lies timesaving study.

Mrs Vưu Lệ Quyên - Managing Director of Biti’s company claimed: “This collaboration is a significant turning-point of developing human resources of Biti’s. I always aspire to create a pleasant environment dedicated to all the members of Biti’s so as to facilitate learning, training and developing, and cultivating the knowledge. I hope that all the resource investments along with our time and devotion to this project will create positive values in order to foster the development of CBCNV Biti’s”.

Eventually, this E-learning project is supposed to be a breakthrough step which forms a modern online base, thereby optimizing and enhancing human resources of Biti's.
