Instructions:

Please complete the first registration form below if you are a speaker or plan to attend the conference.
Please fill out the separate poster presentation registration form if you are interested in presenting a poster showcasing your work (finished, in progress or research project proposal). Don’t be shy, share your work and register to the poster session now!

We apologize for we do not have printing resources and cannot print the poster for you.

UTSA Graduate Students or Postdocs can request the complimentary access to poster printing services that the G.R.A.D. Space provides. Please submit a request though their online form.

Registration for Poster Presentations

Welcome to the Poster Presentation Registration for the 2024 HSRU Conference at UTSA!

This form is exclusively for those interested in presenting their posters during our dynamic poster session. We look forward to showcasing your work (finished, in progress or research project proposal) and fostering engaging discussions.

Please ensure that you have your poster ready for upload in PDF format, as well as your abstract submission, to complete this registration process successfully.

We kindly remind all presenters to complete this form only once to avoid duplications and ensure efficient processing.

The registration deadline for poster presentations is 05/31 by 11:59 PM CST.
