Applications for the 2026 Summer Session are open
Our program is committed to advancing educational equity by providing intensive research training to students from schools and communities with limited academic and research infrastructure.
We focus on students who demonstrate strong potential but may lack access to advanced laboratory experiences, mentorship networks, or institutional resources. By directing our efforts toward these communities, we help level the playing field and build sustainable pipelines into medicine, public health, and biomedical science.
If your school is not currently on our priority list, we still encourage you to reach out. We understand that students’ circumstances are unique. Factors such as homeschooling, private school attendance, disability or special needs status, financial hardship, family responsibilities, major life disruptions, or other personal circumstances may be considered. These examples are not exhaustive, and eligibility is reviewed holistically.
Our goal is to ensure that students who would meaningfully benefit from structured research mentorship have a pathway to participate.
Please note that our PhD mentors are only able to supervise students within the formal program structure and are not able to sponsor individual research projects outside of the program.
