After applying for your presentation, you will need to submit your abstract in advance.
Deadline for Abstract Submission: 10:00 AM on Monday, August 3, 2026 (Strictly Enforced)
Please prepare your abstract in either Japanese text or English text.
The presenting author must submit an abstract (up to 660 Japanese characters or 250 English words) via the dedicated forms below by 10:00 AM on August 3, 2026.

Note: Abstracts are collected directly by the Japanese Journal Editorial Committee, not by the local organizing committee. For detailed inquiries regarding abstracts, the organizing committee will forward them to the person in charge at the Editorial Committee, so it may take some time to reply.
The presentation program will be posted on the "Schedule & Program" page once finalized.
Please check your presentation room (Room A/B) and time slot (for oral presentations), or your assigned core time (for poster presentations).
The time allocation for each presentation is 12 minutes for the talk followed by 3 minutes for Q&A (15 minutes total).
As noted above, if we receive a large number of applications, some applicants who applied for an oral presentation (with the option to switch to a poster) may be requested to change to a poster presentation.
Please prepare your presentation slides in Microsoft PowerPoint format (.ppt or .pptx) or as a PDF file.
