A shuttle bus will operate on the following schedule (2025-09-17 update):
21 & 22 September 8:00 AM: Fullon Hotel Taipei East to Taipei Zoo (20 sheets x 2 buses)
21 September evening: Taipei Zoo to banquet venue (Fullon Hotel Taipei East) (for banquet participants)
22 September, after excursion (around 21:00): Taipei Zoo to Fullon Hotel Taipei East (20 sheets x 2 buses)
*Please note that the morning shuttle bus will be suspended on September 21 and 22.
A special discount at the Fullon Hotel Taipei East (福容大飯店台北二館, the banquet venue) is offered to the participants of the joint meeting.
The instructions for using the discount will be sent to the registered participants.
Please note that the number of discounted rooms is limited and will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
