Hsin-Yi Yang

I am now a PhD student from Utrecht University, starting September 2023. My supervisor is  Dr. Valentijn Karemaker. I am in the research project, Rational points: new dimensions.

From 2021-2023, I was a master student under the frame of ALGANT. I completed my first year in Universität Duisburg-Essen and my second year in Université Paris-Saclay, respectively.

My research interest is in arithmetic geometry. I am interested in moduli space of abelian varieties (with additional structure). I am recently interested in representation theory of Lie groups of finite types as well.

Outside math, I like playing flute and hiking.
