Our research laboratory is dedicated to advancing the mental health and well-being of pregnant and postpartum women, newborns, children, healthcare professionals, and medical students, while also examining how healthcare environments influence workforce well-being and productivity. Our research focuses on supportive and technology-assisted interventions for children, women, nurses, and medical students, as well as sleep measurement and management among children with cancer, pregnant and postpartum women, preterm infants, and their caregivers.
We employ a variety of research methodologies, including actigraphy, questionnaires, and sleep diaries, integrated with physiological stress indicators (e.g., salivary cortisol and vital signs) and pain assessments (e.g., behavioral observation), to investigate sleep, stress, and pain management in preterm infants and neonates. In addition, our laboratory is committed to developing innovative and evidence-based approaches that enhance clinical care, psychological support, and family well-being through interdisciplinary and digital health strategies.

本研究室致力於促進孕產婦、新生兒、兒童、醫護人員及醫學生之心理健康與整體福祉，並探討醫療工作環境對醫療人力健康與工作效能之影響。研究領域涵蓋兒童、女性、護理人員及醫學生之支持性與科技輔助介入措施，以及癌症兒童、孕產婦、早產兒及其照護者之睡眠測量與健康管理。
本研究室運用多元研究方法，包括腕動計（actigraphy）、問卷調查與睡眠日誌，並結合生理壓力指標（如唾液皮質醇與生命徵象）及疼痛評估（如行為觀察），深入探討早產兒與新生兒之睡眠、壓力與疼痛管理議題。同時，我們亦致力於發展結合數位健康與跨領域合作之創新實證介入策略，以提升臨床照護品質、心理支持及家庭福祉。
我們期望透過研究成果，改善病人、家庭與醫療人員之健康結果與生活品質，並持續推動兒科、新生兒、睡眠醫學與職業健康領域之學術發展與臨床應用。
