HSCP HOMES PRIVACY POLICY

Happy Space Comfy Place Homes LLC (“HSCP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the HSCP Homes mobile application and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when clients, service providers, and other users access or use the HSCP platform.
By using HSCP Homes, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
HSCP may collect information that you provide directly, information generated through your use of the platform, and information necessary to provide, secure, and improve our services.
Account and Profile Information
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, profile photo, account role, and other information associated with your HSCP account.
Booking and Service Information
When you request or perform a service, we may collect service addresses, booking details, requested services, appointment dates and times, job descriptions, service status, notes, photographs, receipts, and other information related to the service.
Provider Information
For users applying to or operating as service providers, we may collect business information, service categories, experience, qualifications, certifications, service areas, availability, portfolio images, application and approval information, agreement acceptance records, performance information, ratings, reviews, and information necessary for provider verification or background-screening processes.
Location Information
HSCP may collect or process location-related information when necessary to determine service coverage, match clients with providers, calculate proximity or travel distance, or support other location-based platform features.
Communications and User Content
We may process messages exchanged through HSCP, photographs or images uploaded by users, support communications, reviews, and other content users submit through the platform.
Transaction and Payment Information
HSCP may process information related to bookings, charges, deposits, refunds, adjustments, provider payouts, and transaction status. Payment transactions may be processed by third-party payment processors. HSCP does not intentionally store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes on its own servers when those details are handled directly by our payment processor.
Device, Technical, and Notification Information
We may collect or process technical information necessary to operate and secure the platform, including device identifiers, push-notification tokens, application activity, error information, and related technical data.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
HSCP may use information collected through the platform to:

• Process service requests, bookings, payments, refunds, and provider payouts.
• Match clients with appropriate service providers and support service-area and availability features.
• Enable communication between clients, providers, and HSCP.
• Send booking updates, account notices, service notifications, and other platform communications.
• Review and manage provider applications, qualifications, agreements, performance, and platform eligibility.
• Provide customer support and respond to questions, complaints, disputes, or service issues.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, unsafe activity, or violations of HSCP policies.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, secure, analyze, and improve the HSCP platform.
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, accounting, and operational requirements.
3. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
HSCP does not sell users' personal information.
We may share or make information available when reasonably necessary to operate the platform, including:
Clients and Providers
Information necessary to coordinate and complete a booked service may be shared between the client and assigned provider. This may include names, service addresses, booking information, service instructions, messages, and other information necessary to perform the requested service.
Service Providers and Technology Partners
We may use third-party companies that provide services such as payment processing, cloud hosting, authentication, notifications, analytics, communications, background screening, or other technology and operational services. These companies may process information as necessary to provide their services to HSCP.
Legal and Safety Requirements
Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, regulatory requirements, protect the rights or property of HSCP or others, investigate fraud or misuse, enforce platform policies, or protect the safety of clients, providers, HSCP personnel, or the public.
Business Transactions
Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.
4. DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
HSCP retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide platform services, maintain business and transaction records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, comply with legal obligations, and protect the security and integrity of the platform.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
HSCP uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
5. USER CHOICES AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
Users may review or update certain account and profile information through available features within the HSCP platform.
Users may also contact HSCP regarding questions, corrections, or requests concerning their personal information.
Depending on applicable law, users may have rights regarding access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information.
6. ACCOUNT DELETION
Users may request deletion of their HSCP account and associated personal information through the account deletion options provided by HSCP or by contacting HSCP directly.
When an account deletion request is processed, HSCP will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account except for information that must be retained for legitimate business, legal, fraud-prevention, safety, accounting, dispute-resolution, or regulatory purposes.
Some records relating to completed transactions, payments, disputes, provider activity, or legal obligations may therefore be retained after account deletion where permitted or required by law.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The HSCP platform is intended for adults who are legally able to request or provide home services. HSCP does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If HSCP learns that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
HSCP uses third-party service providers to operate and support the platform. These providers may process information as necessary to perform services on HSCP's behalf.
These services may include payment processing, cloud hosting and database services, authentication, notifications, analytics, mapping or location services, background screening, and other operational services.
Third-party providers may maintain their own privacy policies and security practices. HSCP only shares information with these providers as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the platform or as otherwise permitted by law.
9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
HSCP may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes to the platform, business practices, technology, or legal requirements.
When material changes are made, HSCP may provide notice through the platform or other appropriate means. The effective date of the current Privacy Policy will indicate when it was last updated.
