Instructions to Authors
Abstract submission guidelines
A. General information
Submissions are limited to maximum 2 page abstracts and will be assigned to one of the conference topics. The assignment will be done by the Scientific Committee but authors can already indicate their suggestion during the submission system if such an option is available below.
Submitted work may be presented either as a poster (default option) or as an oral presentation, after selection by the Scientific Committee based on the final program. The preference whether authors would like an oral or a poster presentation will be done during the submission.
For each abstract the submitting author should indicate whether it should be considered for an oral presentation, otherwise the Scientific Committee will consider it as a "poster submission" only. POSTER SIZE: max Width 0.80m x Height 1.10m.
B. Guidelines for Abstract Preparation
Abstracts should be up to 2 pages long (strict limit), including the title, names and affiliations of all co-authors, following the templates provided below for Microsoft Word (docx files).
Figures, tables and a few references may be included, if considered necessary.
The final submission should be .docx format.
