Janet K. Kempf is a doctoral student in the Counselor Education Program at the University of Toledo. She is a board-certified art therapist and licensed clinical counselor with over 20 years in the helping professions. Her love of art began when she was a child and has grown. Although Janet's favorite medium is watercolor paint, photography has been her medium of choice recently because it allows her the opportunity to escape into nature, slow down, and observe her surroundings close up.
