Membership fees can be paid in full or in installments.
Full-season memberships can be paid in 3 terms:
30 September
31 January
30 April
Half-season memberships can be paid in 2 terms:
First payment at the start of the membership
Second payment two months later
The first payment must be completed before participating in trainings or games.
By registering as a member, you commit to the selected membership for the full duration of the season. The full membership fee is therefore due, regardless of attendance, participation, or early termination.
Membership fees are used to cover fixed club costs such as hall rental, federation fees, and coaching, and are therefore non-refundable.
Payments must be made by the stated deadlines. In case of late payment, a €10 late fee may be applied.
Exceptions may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the board.
