Taking part in this club is a fantastic method for us to connect with science. It introduces us to scientific procedures, enables them to develop a passion of science, and provides them the confidence to pursue additional studies in science.
We understand that for many instructors, volunteers, and parents, organizing a club may be a difficult and time-consuming task. You may have a lot of science expertise but lack the time to arrange weekly events, or you may not be a science specialist and believe you lack sufficient experience or understanding. The Club overcomes all of these issues by providing you with six-week blocks of organized activities, all of which include scientific explanations for the experiments. Each session should take between 40 and 50 minutes to complete.
Our club is packed of intriguing science that will pique your interest and prompt you to ask questions. Each week begins with a beginning activity, which is usually led by the adult in charge of the club.
If you don't know the answer to a scientific question, don't freak out. Unsolved questions are one of the most fascinating and interesting features of research — scientists do not have all of the answers, and there are millions upon millions of unanswered questions in science!
And don't be concerned if an experiment doesn't work out the way you expected it to! 'Failed' experiments provide excellent possibilities for additional inquiries and studies — why didn't it function as expected? What could you do differently the next time?
