Attendees should submit a 1-page abstract
The asbtract should be uploaded as a PDF file via EasyChair: SUBMIT HERE
Attendees whose abstract is accepted will present a poster during the "poster presentation session" on day 3 (Wednesday 8 July)
The poster (A0 size, portrait format) does not need to be submitted during registration phase, but we kindly ask the attendees to print it ahead of the presentation session.
Attendees are encouraged to prepare interactive demos to be shown during the presentation session (optional).
Attendance to the workshop is free, however registration is required. The registration form will be sent in due course.
All meals including the social dinner will be provided.
Please note that places are limited.
Travel and accommodation costs are to be covered by attendees.
