Goal: Learn 100 new TEOIC words (based on your level) in 10 weeks under your AI coach
1. Create a new project in ChatGPT/Claude or a new Gem, titled English Coach.
2. A coach needs to know your vocabulary bank first. Ask AI to help you evaluate your own English vocabulary size corresponding TOEIC level. You may provide your previous homework or use evaluation websites.
3. Use the program below to generate the 100-word list and download the txt file for later AI prompts. You can test your learning later after a few weeks on the same site.
4. Which vocabulary learning activities are more effective for you based on your previous experience? (Ask AI to list 10-15 common ones for you to evaluate.) Repetition in meaningful context or situation is one key for vocabulary memorization. Association is another. Choose 3 as possible activities.
5. Ask AI to offer 3 concrete/specific proposals for each of the 3 activities. For example, if 1 activity is listening to English pop songs, then you ask AI to find English pop songs whose lyrics use at least one word in your 100-word list. You can ask AI to find 3 songs that use the same new word and explain the part of the lyric with the new word to help you learn. For visual learners, AI can create word images for you to remember the word easier.
Decide which specific task(s) you will do 5 times a week. An example is provided below.

6. Draft your coach’s instructions here (aim for 200–300 words), then paste them into your Gem / Project. Include: role, learner profile, correction policy, session structure, and forbidden behaviors...
7. Measuring whether your coach works: Test yourself and examine your progress.
8. Submit an AI coach report that shows what works and what does not, and your reflections on the whole experience.
