Welcome to HS Apps Studio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications (the "Application"). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.
HS Apps Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
Modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Application.
Use the Application for any illegal purposes.
Attempt to bypass any security or digital rights management features.
All content within the Application, including but not limited to Mehndi designs, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of HS Apps Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reuse or redistribute our designs without express permission.
Some Applications (such as our Sketch or Editor apps) may allow you to create, upload, or share content. You retain all ownership rights to your content. By using the Application, you grant HS Apps Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content solely to provide the Application's services to you.
The Application offers premium features via subscription.
Billing: All purchases are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payments will be charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's Store Account Settings.
Refunds: Since payments are handled by the App Stores, you must request refunds directly from Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies.
5. Third-Party Services and ContentÂ
The Application relies on third-party infrastructure and services to function. These include, but are not limited to:
Payment Processing: RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store.
Infrastructure & Analytics: Google Firebase and Google Analytics.
Advertising: Google AdMob.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that your use of these third-party services is also subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies. HS Apps Studio is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party providers.
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use of the Application is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HS Apps Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Application.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Application immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal activity.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
