Our Research

Our research group develops innovative semiconductor materials for next-generation electronic devices. We investigate their fundamental properties through electronic structure analysis and transport measurements, control their characteristics, and elucidate the mechanisms underlying their behavior. We also fabricate semiconductor devices using semiconductor processing techniques to evaluate their device performance. By integrating materials discovery, property control, and device fabrication, we connect fundamental materials research with practical device applications.
