1 - KT001R 型列車準備退役 Retirement of KT001R Train (2022.04.24)
南都綫的 KT001R 型(即 M9 型)列車將於 2022 年 6 月 5 日正式退役。其中車況尚好的 "009 003/004" 編組會動態保存,於有大型活動時行駛,
KT001R 型是晴鐵的傳奇之一。其由已合拼至晴鐵的穗鐵製造,開創了晴鐵自家列車的先河,成爲首部上綫營運的自家列車。(此之前皆爲使用港鐵列車,而在此列車前曾有同樣已合拼至晴鐵的空捷 LG, LV 及 AX 型載客列車,但最後並沒有上綫營運)
翻新前的 KT001 型做工精細,在當時以低成本做成的南都綫上運行,擦墻問題常常發生,而且波度大,路段不平穩,但在入廠翻新時,損耗依然不多。當時穗鐵與空捷合作翻新 KT001 型,兩公司的科技已開始成熟,翻新後的 KT001R 型無論外觀與内裝也大大改善,得到普遍乘客的好評。
合拼後,KT001R 一直在上越(現常磐)提供穩定服務。隨著時間流逝,KT001R 開始變得稍為殘舊,硬件也即將到達使用限期。首席之一 JLC,即前穗鐵主席,向晴鐵科工三提出再次翻新。在晴鐵審慎計算後,確認全數汰換較符合成本利益,因翻新列車雖稍為便宜,但運行限期只有 20 年且保養費更高(對照即現實時間 101 日),比起新造列車稍貴但可以運行 40 年遜色不少。
在此契機,晴鐵精心設計被評爲美學高峰的 “飛躍” 列車就此誕生。
最後,新的要來,舊的要去是必然的規律,時代的巨輪不能停止,但回憶可以保存,把握最後的時光享受 KT001R 清脆的摩打聲和簡約的設計吧。
The KT001R Trains (aka M9) of Southern Line is scheduled to be retired on 5 June 2022. Among them, the train set "009 003/004" which is in a better condition will be dynamically kept and driven during large events.
KT001R is one the the HRT's legends. It was made by the former SXR, which is now combined to HRT. This train created a precedent for HRT making its own trains and became the first self-owned train to serve passengers on HRT lines. (Before this, the lines all use default MTR trains, besides there were three self-owned trains by SRT namely LG, LV and AX, but at last they were not put into passenger service.)
The KT001 train before refurbishment had fine workmanship and superior material. It was running on the Metropolis Line (now Southern Line) which wasnt well-made. The wall rubbing problem often occurred, besides the slope was very steep and the tracks were bumpy. However, when it was having the final check before refurbish, the exterior still looked very new. At that time, two companies SXR and SRT co-operated to refurbish these trains. The two companies had much better technology by then, and the refurbished KT001R trains were highly improved at both exterior and interior. It was well rated by passengers.
After the merge of SXR and other companies, KT001R kept providing stable services in Joestu (now Joban). However by time passes, KT001R is getting older, and the equipment of the train is close to expiration date. One of the chairpersons JLC, who was the chairperson of HRT, suggested to refurbish the trains again. After the calculation from HRT, we confirmed that buying new trains is more cost-effective. Although refurbishing the trains are cheaper, they can only run for more 20 years and the outcome for maintainance is much higher, which new trains can run for 40 years.
In this opportunity, the train that is commented as the best train design "Dashing" is created.
In the end, it is an inevitable law that the new will come and the old will go. The wheel of the time cannot be stopped, but the memories can be preserved. Seize the last moments to enjoy the clear motor sound and simple design of KT001R.
