The DSWD PRAISE System is designed to encourage creativity, innovativeness, efficiency, integrity and productivity ni the public service by recognizing and rewarding officials and employees, individually or ni groups, for their ideas, suggestions, inventions, superior accomplishments, performance and/or exemplary behavior and other personal efforts which contribute to program enhancement, efficiency, economy or other improvement of government operations, or for other extraordinary acts or services that effectively demonstrates the core values of the Department and leads to the achievement of its goals and strategic initiatives.
