a) Location Data

We collect your precise location in the following scenarios:

• Foreground (while using the app): To allow real-time attendance check-in and check-out with location tracking.

• Background (even when the app is closed or not in use): For employees whose salaries include travel allowances, background location is necessary to track travel paths and calculate travel-based incentives accurately.
  
  

This data is only used for attendance and travel allowance tracking and is never shared with unauthorized third parties.

b) Storage Access

• We use read and write external storage permissions to enable download and viewing of your payslips, leave documents, or HR-related attachments.

• We request POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission to send important alerts like:

  • Leave approval/rejection

  • Payslip availability

  • Attendance reminders
