The Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center is a 600-bed capacity with 1,303 manpower complement.
To date, there are 10 residency-training programs, which are accredited by their respective specialty societies. These programs include: Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Combined Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, Medical Imaging, Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, Ophthalmology and Anesthesiology.
Dr. Paulino J. Garcia Memorial Research and Medical Center is mandated by Republic Act 6325 as "National hospital with research and development devoted to the different phases of medical sciences."

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT SECTION
The Human Resource Management Section is a PRIME Level II accredited composed of one Supervising Administrative Officer,
one Administrative Officer IV, one Administrative Officer III, five Administrative Officer II, four Administrative Assistant II,
and two Job Order under Hospital operations and Patient Support Service (HOPSS) Division.
The objective of the office is to administer Human Resource activities that includes recruitment, selection,
promotion, separation, welfare and benefits, training and other personnel actions and transactions.

quality and efficient services to the vision of the agency.

To provide adequate, prompt, courteous, service to employees relative to actions on appointment, promotions,
leave of absence, separation, retirement, salary and wages, benefits, incentives and awards, training programs,
