I am currently a part of Tech Mahindra's Global Leadership Cadre (GLC), which are hires in leadership roles from top b-schools in the country. I am a Manager in the Healthcare and Life Sciences practice of TechM and report to the SVP and Global Lead for Payers at TechM. I undertook the five-year dual-degree course at IIM Indore, one of India's only three triple-crown (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) accredited business schools. My research interest starts with entrepreneurial systems in India and our neighbour the red dragon.  Also, working on a paper on the representation and mechanics of the creation of content in India. Primarily deals with Caste Representation in the Indian OTT space. I have co-authored a case study, submitted to The Case Center (UK) and have also presented it at the Strategic Management Forum (SMF) 2021 Conference at IIM  Nagpur, which is now used for classroom study and discussion in the MBA classrooms of IIM Indore.
