1. Service Provided
We provide HR support services through three plans:
* Essential HR Support – free access to insights, updates, and resources.
* HR Support On-Demand – unlimited access to HR advice and support.
* HR Director Partner Plan – bespoke HR leadership and strategy services at a custom price.

2. Subscription & Payments
* Essential HR Support is free.
* HR Support On-Demand is billed with prices from £100 per month in advance via Stripe subscription.
* The HR Partner Plan is priced per hour.
3. No Minimum Term
There are no tie-ins or minimum terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
4. Cancellation
When you cancel, access to paid services will continue until the end of your current billing period. No further payments will be taken.
5. Fair Usage
HR Support On-Demand offers unlimited advice and support within reasonable use. It is designed for typical small business needs. It does not include:
* Acting as an on-site HR manager
* Taking over your day-to-day HR administration
* Representing you in employment tribunals or legal proceedings
If usage is excessive or outside the intended scope, we may recommend a more suitable service.
6. Limits of Service
Our services provide professional HR advice and resources. They do not replace legal advice. For complex or high-risk issues, you should seek independent legal representation.
7. Liability
We take care to provide accurate and up-to-date advice. However, we are not liable for any losses, costs, or damages that result from use of our services.
8. Changes to Service
We may update these Terms or the scope of services from time to time. Any material changes will be communicated in advance.
