HRH DEPLOYMENT PROGRAM

The Human Resource for Health (HRH) Deployment Program has several composite deployment programs and projects that deploy physicians, nurses, dentists, nutritionists, medical technologists, midwives, pharmacists, and physical therapists to augment the health workforce in local government and provide experience and training to prepare and motivate the health professional for rural practice, increasing the probability of being absorbed into LGU positions. Ultimately, the equitably distributed and skilled health workforce will result in better health outcomes and a responsive health system.
