Transfers between locations or departments may be made at the discretion of the management.

Employees must not disclose any proprietary or confidential information related to the company or its clients.
This obligation remains in effect even after termination of employment.
Any employment-related disputes will be resolved through internal grievance procedures.
If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration as per local labor laws.
