Only request a date if you are sure of being able to use it and if applicable you have the time off / leave secured.
The below dates are being updated manually therefore some dates may already have been requested. We will come back to you asap if that is the case.
Once a booking is confirmed and accepted the payment for the week in full is due with an additional £80 refundable security & cleaning deposit. This will be due within 21 Days of the booking confirmation being made by HPLS.
The hire fee is non-refundable once paid, therefore please be sure that you are available to use the week you have requested. Please ensure that your travel insurance covers you for having to cancel for health and other non-avoidable reasons.
If you are requesting a school holiday week, please do not depend on getting it, as requests always far exceed availability. Please look at other options to avoid disappointment. We do give priority to those who haven't yet been over those that have.
The process for payment was changed last year due to the amount of administration time that deposits and final payments were taking plus the many cancellations being made by members who changed their minds months after initially booking up weeks, which all together made the task unsustainable.
We do however understand that some members may find paying 100% plus a security deposit long in advance and up front difficult, therefore we can offer on application, a 50% split payment over 2 months.
Prices shown are inclusive for the week Saturday to Saturday to include all guests and includes gas, electric and water. No additional charges - the price you see is what you pay. Our site charges and energy costs will have substantially increased for 2023, however we have marginally increased our rates to try to offset that.
