Dr. Yuri Alexeev is a senior quantum algorithm engineer at NVIDIA Corporation and a senior member of the IEEE Society. He has expertise in the development of quantum algorithms using the NVIDIA CUDA-Q framework and GPU-optimized quantum circuit simulators. Before joining NVIDIA, he worked in Argonne Leadership Computing Facility to parallelize and optimize scientific codes for exascale supercomputers and integration of of high-performance computing with quantum computing. He completed PhD studies at Iowa State University and contributed to over 100 publications.
Dr. William Clements is Head of Machine Learning at ORCA Computing, a leading UK-based photonic quantum computing company. His work focuses on the intersection of physics and AI, and how physical devices can be harnessed to build higher-quality AI models that can run faster and cheaper. Before joining ORCA, he worked in several AI deeptech startups in roles spanning basic research to product engineering. He holds a PhD in photonic quantum computing from the University of Oxford and has co-authored over 20 publications in photonics, quantum computing and machine learning.
Dr. Piotr Rydlichowski is coordinator of quantum technologies projects at Poznan Supercomputing and Networking Center, Polish HPC Center and National Research and Education network owner and operator. His focus is on optical data transmission systems, microwave technologies, quantum computing, communication and sensing systems. His particular focus is on Quantum Key Distribution systems and technology. He is working at PSNC since 2008 and graduated at Poznan University of Technology in Electronics and Telecommunication. He completed PhD studies at Poznan University of Technology and authored and coauthored over 20 publications.
