The HPC 365 project aims to streamline the Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC) by developing a comprehensive solution that facilitates the submission of progress reports on Humanitarian Needs Overviews (HNO) and Humanitarian Response Plans (HRP) activities. The project envisions a platform that not only allows country offices to efficiently submit their progress but also engages stakeholders by providing subscription-based alerts for updates from selected countries. Additionally, the inclusion of a sophisticated chatbot, trained on HNO/HRP documents, enables users to interact seamlessly and request information using natural language.

This will allow the user to filter based on the country or focal point profile to obtain the correct contact information for the relevant individuals.
