A complete overview of the Humanitarian Programme Cycle
The HPC 365 project aims to streamline the Humanitarian Programme Cycle (HPC) by developing a comprehensive solution that facilitates the submission of progress reports on Humanitarian Needs Overviews (HNO) and Humanitarian Response Plans (HRP) activities. The project envisions a platform that not only allows country offices to efficiently submit their progress but also engages stakeholders by providing subscription-based alerts for updates from selected countries. Additionally, the inclusion of a sophisticated chatbot, trained on HNO/HRP documents, enables users to interact seamlessly and request information using natural language.
The platform provides an intuitive interface for country offices to submit detailed progress reports on their HNO/HRP activities.
Stakeholders (governmen, NGOs, and other relevant entities) can subscribe to receive real-time alerts on updates from specific countries of interest.
A sophisticated chatbot, powered by natural language processing (NLP), will be implemented to facilitate interaction with HNO/HRP documents.
Users can engage with the chatbot to request information, seek clarification, or obtain updates on specific HNO/HRP details.
A contact list of various HPC focal points will be compiled and regularly updated for each country.
This will allow the user to filter based on the country or focal point profile to obtain the correct contact information for the relevant individuals.
