14-Inch HD Display

The HP Chromebook 14 features a 14-inch HD display with a 1366 × 768 resolution. Its micro-edge and anti-glare design provides a practical viewing area for browsing websites, watching videos, reading documents and completing school assignments.

The 14-inch size provides a useful balance between screen space and portability, making the Chromebook easy to carry in a backpack or use around the home.

Intel Celeron N4120 Processor

At the heart of the Chromebook is the quad-core Intel Celeron N4120 processor. It is designed for everyday computing while maintaining relatively low power consumption.

This processor is suitable for tasks such as:

• Web browsing

• Online classes

• Google Docs

• Email

• Streaming video

• Social media

• Video calls

• Basic productivity

• Cloud-based applications

Users should keep expectations realistic. This Chromebook is designed primarily for basic and lightweight computing rather than demanding professional applications.

4GB RAM for Everyday Tasks

The laptop comes with 4GB of RAM, which is suitable for many basic Chrome OS activities.

You can use it for browsing, school assignments, documents and lightweight applications. However, users who regularly keep many browser tabs or demanding applications open may find 4GB limiting.

For basic schoolwork and home use, the configuration can still be practical.

64GB eMMC Storage

The Chromebook includes 64GB of eMMC flash storage. eMMC storage is commonly used in affordable and lightweight laptops because it provides a compact storage solution.

The 64GB capacity can be used for Chrome OS, applications, documents, downloads and other files. Because the internal capacity is limited compared with many traditional laptops, users who store large collections of videos or photos may want to use cloud storage or external storage.

Intel UHD Graphics 600

The HP Chromebook 14 uses el UHD Graphics 600.

The integrated graphics are suitable for everyday multimedia, web applications and video playback. The laptop is also marketed with support for 4K content, although its built-in display has a native resolution of 1366 × 768.

This means 4K content support does not mean that the laptop's internal screen displays a native 4K resolution.

Chrome OS Experience

One of the biggest differences between this laptop and a traditional Windows notebook is Chrome OS.

Chrome OS is designed around Google's Chrome
