Yes and absolutly yes! You can use sugar or salt with your body wash to have a homemade exfoliator. We do not recommend using it with soap because most are sticky and dry the skin. So, adding sugar or salt and rubbing them against your skin might give the drying chemicals inside the soap deeper access.
Try our advice and exfoliate your skin using sugar mixed with olive oil and lemon juice and some honey. Still if you have your own homemade moisturizing recipe, add any of these two and it will leave you with a smooth and refreshed skin. By Donna Simbana

Did you know that the first foodie you swallow or sip after you wake up in the morning can affect your vibe for the day. They are three things which are your mood, your energy and your body's comfort. This is why you should carefully choose what you have for breakfast. We know that consuming vitamins C is a trend but still we want to add some powerful effects to it.
First do not have it cold, even if it is orange juice, warm it at lukewarm temperature.
We know that the traditional breakfast is usually coffee, tea, bread based food but we advise dark green vegetables as your breakfast option, to accompany your orange juice, your lemonade or your supplements. Mixing the Iron from the green vegetables and the Vitamin C is the strategy. It is mostly recommended to pregnant women to consume these two supplements together.
