St. Albans Opportunity Shop is a great, affordable shop that is worth visiting. It has a mix of clothing, accessories, household items of all kinds at great prices. For students in undergrad who want to save, the Opportunity Shop is an asset. You can have the best items on a budget.
Thrifting takes patience, but once you get used to it, it becomes easier and fun. You can make a day of it and visit with your friends.Â
It helps to go in with an idea of what you want, like a jacket or jeans, so you are not overwhelmed by everything on the racks. At the same time, you should stay open because sometimes the best pieces are the ones you were not even looking for. Thrifting is truly about seeing the potential in pieces.
