While Whimsical Vacations with Aashly offers coaching, mentorship, and guidance on starting a travel business, we do not process travel bookings or operate as a seller of travel. For any actual travel services booked, clients will be referred to authorized travel partners such as InteleTravel or third-party suppliers.

If coaching or digital products are offered, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing and contact information;

• Pay all agreed-upon fees;

• Understand that digital products, trainings, or events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content provided by Whimsical Vacations with Aashly — including training materials, social media templates, coaching modules, videos, logos, and course documents — is the exclusive intellectual property of Aashly Santiago and may not be copied, shared, sold, or reproduced without express written consent.
